[Omaha, Neb. - March 10, 2000] - MSI System Integrators announced today that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire MHA Software Services.

Located in Omaha, MHA Software Services is a premier e-business software consulting and development company. MHA provides commercial hardware and software sales and design, software development and computer systems consulting and engineering services. MSI System Integrators is headquartered in Omaha with offices in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri and the Dakotas. MSI provides end-to-end technology solutions that make clients more efficient, productive and profitable - including infrastructure and business integration, software applications and networking. The acquisition gives MSI an even broader set of skills available for e-commerce applications, Internet business development, and systems integration needs.
