Cisco's first representative in Nebraska and Iowa to lead nationwide IT provider's networking group

[Omaha, Neb. - April 15, 2005] - MSI Systems Integrators, a leading comprehensive solution provider of hardware, software and services, announced that Charlie Wurtz has joined the company as vice president of Enterprise Availability Solutions.

As vice president, Wurtz is responsible for building, directing and coordinating MSI's Networking business practice as well as the company's enterprise management and enterprise security solution areas with an emphasis on advanced engineering services. He will lead the ongoing development of comprehensive networking solutions to meet the needs of small and large organizations in today's business environment. He oversees a team of sales and engineering specialists that includes four Cisco Certified Internetworking Experts (CCIEs) and over 157 years of combined experience in providing comprehensive networking solutions. The EAS division at MSI will soon be a Cisco Gold partner with specializations in security, IP communications, and core routing and switching.

Wurtz has more than 19 years experience within the technology industry. Prior to joining MSI, he worked for Cisco Systems where his responsibilities included establishing and growing the Nebraska and Iowa territories. Before Cisco, he worked for Racal Datacom, Unisys and Xerox. He received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska - Omaha.
