MSI Systems Integrators (MSI) announced that Jonathan Breuning has joined the company as Executive Vice President and General Counsel

[Omaha, Neb. - November 9, 2005] - MSI Systems Integrators (MSI), a leading comprehensive solution provider of hardware, software and services, announced that Jonathan Breuning has joined the company as Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Breuning is responsible for overseeing the Employee Services Department planning and operations as well as serving as general counsel for the company. He will report directly to President and CEO, Jim Simpson.

Breuning brings more than 26 years of legal experience to MSI. Prior to joining MSI, Mr. Breuning was a partner with the Baird Holm Law Firm in Omaha. During his extensive tenure with Baird Holm, he advised clients in a variety of industries, with primary concentration in labor and employment law, and in the general representation of health care providers and technology companies.

Breuning earned his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, and a B.S. in History from Western Michigan University. He is a member of the Nebraska and Iowa Bar Associations, the American Employment Law Council, and the Association of Corporate Counsel of America.
