MSI Systems Integrators Brings Eighth Technology Enablement Center ™ to Salt Lake City

MSI Systems Integrators (MSI), a leading comprehensive solution provider of hardware, software and services, will open its eighth Technology Enablement Center ™ (TEC) May 17th in Salt Lake City

[Salt Lake City, Utah - May 10, 2006] - MSI Systems Integrators (MSI), a leading comprehensive solution provider of hardware, software and services, will open its eighth Technology Enablement Center ™ (TEC) May 17th in Salt Lake City.

"Our Technology Enablement Center represents a significant investment in the Salt Lake City area, both in dollars invested and new jobs created," said Steve Gardner, general manager for the Intermountain Region. "Currently, we have a number of professionals working out of our Salt Lake City office, and expect to more than double our head count over the next two years."

Each TEC is comprised of individual technology solution labs that contain hardware and software from IBM, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, NetApp, McDATA and other industry leaders. Packed with the latest technologies, the Salt Lake City TEC comprises 444 square ft. of space, including server, storage, middleware, networking and security offerings. The TEC is designed for education, demonstration, and proof-of-concept IT projects in a laboratory setting. Its data center power, monitoring, and environmental equipment provide the 'plug and play' environment necessary for IT individuals to determine what is best for their organization's current or planned IT infrastructure.

"Companies today are looking for ways to meet the challenges of doing business while still reducing their risk, cost and cycle time in regards to IT project implementations," said Jim Simpson, MSI president and CEO. "Our TECs are built so that organizations can experience and understand the potential of various technologies without having to introduce these technologies into their environment, thereby reducing the risk to the organization."

Recognizing the value the TEC will bring to the business community, Salt Lake County Mayor Peter Corroon, will join in an official ribbon cutting ceremony for the TEC at 4:00 p.m. on May 17, 2006 at the MSI Systems Integrators Salt Lake City office, located at 4225 West Lake Park Blvd., Suite 250, in West Valley City, Utah.
