ProtectionCenter is Newest Edition in MSI's Technology Enablement Center

[Bloomington, MN - March 13, 2007] - MSI Systems Integrators (MSI), a leading comprehensive solution provider of hardware, software and services, will open its second ProtectionCenter Tuesday, March 20 in Bloomington, MN. The ProtectionCenter is the latest edition to MSI's 364 sq. ft Technology Enablement Center (TEC). It is designed to help companies build solutions to protect its IT assets and features Symantec security products, networking, middleware, storage and server offerings.

"In an MSI TEC facility, organizations can view and experience the latest technologies in an informal, hands-on environment."

Each TEC is comprised of individual technology solution labs that contain hardware and software from Symantec, IBM, Citrix, Microsoft, Network Appliance and other industry leaders. Within the TEC, the ProtectionCenter is designed to provide companies the opportunity to experience real-world security solutions, identify potential improvements in security performance and learn how IT environments can best be protected. MSI's first ProtectionCenter opened earlier this year in Seattle, Wash.

The TEC is designed for education, demonstration, and proof-of-concept IT projects in a laboratory setting. The TEC facility, products and tools provide the 'plug and play' environment necessary for IT professionals to determine what is best for their organization's current or planned IT infrastructure.

The official grand opening event for the Bloomington ProtectionCenter will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration and breakfast. The event will kickoff at 8:30 a.m. with a keynote from Francis deSouza, vice president, Information Foundation, Symantec Corporation, titled Today's Business Imperative: Information Risk Management (IRM). Attendees can visit with business solution experts from MSI and Symantec after the presentation and take tours of the new TEC facility in the MSI office.
