Joint Development and Delivery of Client Asset Management Solution Helps Growing Businesses Reduce Cost of Multi-Vendor Contract Management

MSI and IBM Global Technology Services collaborate and share opportunities in the SMB marketplace to provide a comprehensive Client Asset Management solution that combines IBM Global Technology Services, MSI's Asset Management web interface, and MSI's contract management skills within a unified framework and methodology. The joint solution is designed to provide asset management for multiple IBM Global Services contracts, including hardware and software maintenance and extended support offerings. For a provider of integrated gaming systems to lottery organizations worldwide, MSI and IBM teamed to help the company manage its growing nationwide datacenter expansion across six states. Since each datacenter had unique requirements, the flexibility that IBM incorporates into its services contract offerings combined with MSI's methodology to manage the customer's assets and related contracts allowed the team to deliver a world-class solution that could be repeated, with minor customizations, nationwide. The customer was highly satisfied with this joint solution, calling the solution critical to its success in extending competitively priced and technically sound solutions to its lottery organization customers.
