Since each datacenter had unique requirements, the flexibility that IBM incorporates into its services contract offerings combined with MSI's methodology to manage the customer's assets and related contracts allowed the team to deliver a world-class solution that could be repeated, with minor customizations, nationwide. The customer was highly satisfied with this joint solution, calling the solution critical to its success in extending competitively priced and technically sound solutions to its lottery organization customers.
